How to summon Frank (Donnie Darko)
Hello, this is my first large post on Tumblr, I'm still figuring out what I want to post and thought about sharing this tutorial βΉ ΰ£ͺ Λ
Because this is an in-depth post I will be dividing it into sections.
While this is for the most part a harmless and fun experience, please proceed with caution as results may vary on person. Take paranormal and haunted doll collectors for example, while they are generally indulging a harmless hobby there are potentially dangerous outcomes spiritually.
Frank is a character from the 2001 film "Donnie Darko" who is literally described to be a "six-foot tall bunny rabbit". Frank is a rather mysterious character throughout the film as he is heavily involved with the protagonist Donnie. (see images)

Now that we have context it's time for the fun part.
To summon Frank and see him the same way Donnie does, we manifest.
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the concept of manifestation I recommend doing basic research, there are many simplified outlets like on Tiktok, Youtube, Tumblr, etc.
As someone who manifests rarely I found the most effective methods for this experience are scripting and the 22 method.
Depending on how well and experienced you are with manifestation this can take a few hours to two weeks (an estimation from someone who manifested the same evening).
To script this experience I timed myself for ten minutes writing an entry describing him appearing in my dreams much like Frank appears to Donnie in the film.
Because I manifest rarely I had done all of this in February and hadn't really paid the experience any mind until recently after some reflection which prompted me to try again, fortunately scripting and the 22 method was beneficial.
The 22 method consists of writing a sentence of declaration twenty-two times in a row for two days, this is a very beginner friendly and overall easy manifestation method.
Scripting on the other hand consists of writing what feels like a diary or journal entry of the outcome you desire as if it already happened.

As mentioned earlier, I have tried this method out several times before, if you are unsure of what to expect from Frank here is my overall experience with him.
Frank appeared in my dreams with a calming presence, specifically in the early hours of sleep, ironically like the film he did tell me to "follow", to which I stayed in bed, this was the first interaction which was also fairly vague.
The second sighting with him I felt his presence looming over me in my own dream where I was asleep before I woke in the dream to see him beside me and simply watching.
This is the typical behavior of our interactions when he appears which is overall fairly safe.
However, proceed with caution, I emphasize this earlier as well because as mentioned earlier I had begun doing this in February and didn't do it again until recently.
Assuming it was because of my "break" my first evening reuniting with Frank I received sleep paralysis, I have never experienced sleep paralysis until that night, it has ran in my family but I have been fortunate to be not on the receiving end.
After that evening I noticed he was closer than ever in a more protective way, it is potentially an unspoken way of getting at me for my absence.
Another thing I notice when I am awake is a sense of being watched on days I had seen him in my dreams, it felt more of a protected guidance rather than an invasion.
Don't expect instant results, it may slow down your manifestations
A little detail I found beneficial was referring to Frank as "him" when affirming, this may be applied as well
Be consistent with scripting
