I’m getting so annoyed at people assuming there was like some organized ‘cancel jenna marbles’ campaign and then yelling at people who’d pointed out shitty things she’s done. why is it so hard to believe that she genuinely feels bad and is trying to take responsibility for her actions? why would you as a fan want to assume otherwise? she literally doesn’t want you to defend her in the way so many people are, by treating her as untouchable and above criticism. don’t lash out at people who have rightfully criticized her as if they made the decision for her to stop posting on youtube. do you really want to believe that her goal in apologizing was to create sympathy for her and anger towards the people she’s hurt? if not, then stop reacting that way.

folks, I’m just gonna say it. I don’t think it rains for long enough periods of time. it rains hard, it sounds good, I’m comfortable inside, but within 5 minutes the jig is up. the dream is over. I think it should rain for longer periods of time than it presently does

please do not force an lgbt label onto anne frank. she died before she had the chance to explore her sexuality and if you need to think of her as lgbt to have empathy for her you need to reconsider how you think of holocaust victims. please do not vilify her father, a man who lost his entire family in the holocaust, for censoring the parts in anne’s diary where she expresses attraction for women. it was 1947. jewish girls were already seen as hypersexual. he was protecting her legacy as best he could, and you have no right to call him a villain for wanting what was period-typical best for his late daughter.
