Sun in Capricorn Moon in Libra. First off, we will be leaving the shadow period of the retrograde ending January 2nd. In comparison to 2024, where we entered the New year in a mercury retrograde, we will have a smoother sailing new year. No more planning and more action is being taken especially with the moon being in a cardinal sign. If people plan properly during the mercury retrograde and did more listening instead of talking, allowing us to take in more information, then there should be no issue. There can be a lot of confidence in the beginning. More inclined to take action. There could be a harmony between plans and goals. Sun trine moon expresses this perfectly. Last year, people may have had the plan but lacked the tools and the motivation to execute anything. Sun conjunct Pluto, Power struggles and controlling issues. People may not have resources to help them take full control what's going on around them. Or people may feel the need to want to control everything, either way, I do not see that behavior working in anyone's favor. Routine! Routine! Routine! I would definitely have a routine that you’re comfortable with. Having a routine is very important in this situation. You most likely wouldn’t be as consistent if you don’t already know what you’re going to do, so create a routine you can stick to. It’ll be beneficial. Also watching your eating habits, establishing a goal for your diet that can be based off weight or calories or protein intake. Earth signs in general are very goal oriented.

As far as the routine itself, outdoor and nature activities. Instead of running, outdoor jogging. Jogging is not as intense as actual running. Outdoors to enjoy the scenery, Taurus is an earth sign. And thats a good way to get your cardio and stamina up. Since Taurus rules the shoulders, upper body workouts. I would say lifting, make sure that you are going at a slow and steady pace. You should be doing that in general (going at a slow pace) however there are people who can handle going faster and people who honestly cannot and should not.
