On Saturday, May 30th, 2026, at 2:06 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, although, the sky was overcast – residents in Massachusetts witnessed a flash of light and a sonic boom. You can imagine the speculation of lay-persons, everywhere. An asteroid entered the atmosphere traveling Northwest to Southeast, and entering Cape Cod Bay. Since the object was at least one meter in diameter, it is technically termed an ‘asteroid’ event. The naming convention is standardized. If an object is below 1 meter in diameter, it is a meteoroid. If it is 1 meter or greater in diameter, it is an asteroid. Meteoroids and asteroids have the same nature. These types of objects have their origins in orbital paths around the Sun which happen to intersect with Earth’s orbit, on occasion, thereby, colliding with the upper atmosphere and succumbing to gravitational forces which occasionally cause them to impact the surface. These events are more common than you might imagine. They usually go unseen because most of these events occur over oceanic portions of Earth. There have been a great number of events in recorded history, however, that occurred over land areas. One such event was the ‘Chelyabinsk’ asteroid air-burst, which happened in February of 2013 in a populated area of Siberia, injuring thousands of people and breaking thousands of Windows in buildings.
I mean I guess ok, but, kinda disappointed that world-ending asteroid didn't smash into us yesterday. Phew. Safe... To... Live more?.... Yayyy.......

NASA’s Psyche spacecraft captures stunning Mars images during high-speed flyby
The useful part of this space story is not only the visible mission milestone. The real value is in the experiments, supplies, and research opportunities now available aboard the International Space Station. The public sees the launch, the docking, or the image. The deeper story is usually slower: instruments gathering cleaner data, hardware surviving hostile conditions, and teams learning which…

When God finished making the earth I was put in charge for a while so God could take a break and I made the dinosaurs but when God came back and saw the dinosaurs they went "Oh ew what are those things" and then killed them with the asteroid and sent me down here for 10 billion years as punishment
✨Asteroid Fama and your 2007 Britney moment ✨
We all know the princess of pop, right? And we were all spectators when she had her iconic crash out. The media was outraged. She was postpartum, and the paparazzi just wanted a piece of her, bad. So how does the asteroid of fame, legacy and public image find itself crashing out? And how do you come back full force with one of the best pieces of work you've ever done? Let's break the ice.
Britney Spears has her Fama asteroid placed in the sign of Virgo in her 12th house. Virgo craves control, order, flawlessness. The 12th house is where we bury what we cannot face. So when the pressure of perfection met the hidden cracks, the crash was inevitable. People wanted to see her unravel, and once her perfect image started cracking, they could not wait to shatter the glass. This gave us an iconic breakdown that will certainly be one for the books. The world wanted to control her image, and they did, until she had a complete breakdown trying to fit the tight image of perfection pushed onto her.
Part of it was changing her look drastically. With Fama sitting so close to her Libra ascendant, this felt like the necessary first step.
With Mars placed in close proximity to Fama, the drive from her Mars helped her alchemize the pain into a masterpiece.
We got a piece, one perfectly crafted to tell us all to go fuck ourselves—the media, the paparazzi, and whoever else was projecting on her. And frankly, we loved it.
Disclaimer: Do not take this literally. The sign it is in, degrees and aspect to other planets/asteroids change the dynamic a lot. This is generalized astrology. If you want to know precisely what it means for you, I would suggest getting a private analysis.
Fama in the 1st House (Life, Body, Identity)
Fame attached directly to your physical presence and vitality. You are known for being rather than doing. Crash: illness, bodily harm, or a public failure of the self (scandal that attacks your person). Comeback: reclaiming your body and life force through discipline, rest, or a complete physical reinvention.
Fama in the 2nd House (Wealth, Resources, Possessions)
Fame through money, assets, or what you own. Your legend rises with your net worth or falls with your debts. Crash: financial ruin, theft, or being reduced to a price tag. Comeback: owning your means of production, paying off the karmic debt, or turning poverty into a brand.
Fama in the 3rd House (Siblings, Communication, Short Travel)
Fame through your voice, your writing, or your kin. The local legend, the sibling of a star, the gossip that travels fast. Crash: a rumor that destroys, a public feud with a brother or sister, or being silenced. Comeback: speaking again—louder, clearer, and without permission.
Fama in the 4th House (Home, Family, Land, Endings)
Fame tied to your roots, your ancestry, or the land you come from. The dynasty, the inherited curse or blessing. Crash: family betrayal, loss of home, or a secret buried in the bloodline erupting. Comeback: returning to the land, healing the lineage, or turning your childhood prison into a public sanctuary.
Fama in the 5th House (Children, Creativity, Pleasure, Risk)
Fame through your creations, your lovers, or your offspring. The gambler, the artist, the parent of a star. Crash: a child’s scandal, a creative flop that humiliates, or an affair exposed. Comeback: a masterpiece born from the wreckage, a second act as a wiser lover, or letting your grown child speak for you.
Fama in the 6th House (Illness, Service, Labor, Small Animals)
Fame through work, health, or duty. The servant who becomes legendary, the sick artist, the one known for their daily grind. Crash: chronic illness, workplace betrayal, or being exploited until you break. Comeback: turning your illness into teaching, unionizing your labor, or retiring with dignity.
Fama in the 7th House (Marriage, Open Enemies, Contracts)
Fame through your spouse, your business partner, or your public adversary. The famous ex, the trial of the century, the duel. Crash: divorce as public spectacle, a contract broken, an enemy who defines you. Comeback: a solo victory, a tell‑all that repositions you as the hero, or reconciling with the enemy on your own terms.
Fama in the 8th House (Death, Legacies, Fear, Other People’s Money)
Fame through inheritance, death, or shared resources. The widow of a legend, the heir to a dark fortune, the one who almost died. Crash: a near‑death experience, a sexual scandal, a financial inheritance war. Comeback: rising from the grave with a new will, writing your own legacy before you die, or turning fear into a currency.
Fama in the 9th House (Travel, Religion, Philosophy, Foreign Lands)
Fame through pilgrimage, publishing, or prophecy. The exiled prophet, the guru, the author of a controversial holy book. Crash: cancelled for a belief, exiled from your homeland, or a plagiarism accusation. Comeback: returning from exile with a new scripture, converting your haters one by one, or burning the old temples and building your own.
Fama in the 10th House (Career, Reputation, Public Office)
The classic celebrity. Fame through your profession, your title, your crown. Crash: public downfall, losing your office, a scandal that reaches the throne. Comeback: a disciplined climb back—apology, service, then undeniable mastery. You must earn the crown again.
Fama in the 11th House (Friends, Hopes, Gains, Benefactors)
Fame through your network, your patrons, or your followers. The activist, the socialite, the one who knows everyone. Crash: betrayed by a friend, canceled by your own community, or a hope that turns to ash. Comeback: finding a new tribe, becoming your own benefactor, or leading a revolution you no longer need to be named in.
Fama in the 12th House (Loss, Imprisonment, Hidden Enemies, Sorrow)
Fame through confinement, sacrifice, or what is unseen. The prisoner, the martyr, the one who disappeared. Crash: institutionalization, secret enemies destroying you from within, or a sorrow too deep to name. Comeback: walking out of the prison with nothing to prove, releasing art that says everything in silence, or becoming a ghost who haunts the very system that tried to bury you.
