✐―  @divitaclara​​ ♥༻      ⤸  [ Dance ] 👉👈   when alone together (e.g. the bedroom, the kitchen, literally anywhere once they’re alone) the sender takes the receiver’s hand, and pulls them into a graceful yet intimate dance as a spontaneous act.

MOONLIGHT settles upon still waters, the lake a glistening view for captivation to ensnare Lumine, as golden eyes widen ( lips curled in a smile ) && brim like stardust. Had she been with Paimon, it would be her small travel companion that she offers her beaming demeanour towards ━━━━ instead, wonder is cast towards Childe.

                  He shares it to, doesn’t he? A fascination at what this world has to hold ?                        Even for a such a minuscular, but luminance sight?

Lumine’s gaze softens at him, and she stills a laugh. Excitement made her expressive, unguarded; she was an adventurer. An experienced traveler. If not to gaze upon landscape in awe, especially as the moon’s reflection displays clear as a picture against silent ripples. 

      ❝  Come join me.  ❞  Her reach is slow, and touch gentle, taking a light hold of his hand in order to tug him along just long enough he begins to follow her. Maybe he would have kept his distance otherwise. Maybe, she just wanted him to join her in this moment. 

                         Time could stand still on nights like these,                  && what a wonderful feeling that could be on a long, harrowing travel.

❝  Didn’t you say something about fishing once? I know it’s not the same since the water isn’t frozen over like your hometown-  ❞  Oh but it’s cold. It’s definitely cold. The shoes she’d been taking off lay discarded, but Lumine’s surprise remains silent albeit the chill which runs up her spine && stills her for a moment too long.  ❝  ... fishing was one of the first things I did when I woke up in this world. Before I made a rod, I used to just try and catch them with my hands. I’d stand in the lake for ages.  ❞ 

One. Two. Three step. Back and forth until she got used to the temperature.   ❝  That aside, what I’m trying to tell you is to get in with me. Don’t tell me you’re worried about getting your clothes wet.   ❞ 

She turns around as the water beside her shifts, && she perks up immediately. Finally. So he was going to join her. That made her smile brighten. Oh, but what caught her attention most was just how reflective ... his own eyes were right now. They often looks so vast and deep, so ... far away. Maybe it was the moonlight after all, or, the settling of WATER that made them stand out so much. Lumine ... doesn’t mind that she’s staring. She only shifts her gaze to admire the scenery.  ❝  It really is so beautiful.  ❞ 

                      Her hand is taken and ever so gently she’s pulled towards him. In that second, her breath stills, && widened eyes stare back at him.  ❝  Childe-  ❞ 

A soft tug, graceful movements that entwined them and she finds herself instinctively putting hands in place, swaying to the music of the breeze which tenderly swayed leaves and water alike. It’s hard to look away as he stares right back at her, unwilling to break eye contact, and this is enough to make her blush. They’ve danced before. But tonight, just seemed still ... aside from them, and that was peaceful. 

How much trust did she have in Childe? Enough to allow him to hold her like this. To dance in the gentle waters, and risk it all to have tender moments like these together. It was their bond, after all. One she truly treasured with all her heart. That was something that stayed close to her chest, even if on nights like this it showed without words. 

It’s slow, intimate movements, even as she twirls, and even as he continues to keep her close; how can she think at all when he’s managed to take her breath away. 

Aether sat with his back to his sister, facing the wall. Crossed legs bounced in order to keep himself busy. Swaying from side to side or doing the odd exercise that didn’t require his head to turn. How long did it take for Lumine to change?

“Don’t worry, it’ll fit you just fine,” Don’t say it, Aether. Silence cloaked the room as he stopped in the middle of his fourteenth squat… ( Man, skirts made these easier ). His lips parted as he took a breath. Don’t fucking say it. 

                                              “… We’re the same cup size.” 

This operation of dressing like the other in order to escape was going very well.

     It wasn’t STRANGE for them to switch like this. It was effective for their escape, and she was used to Aether using her things anyway. Still, Lumine continued to fiddle with the shirt appointed ━━━━ shirt? Crop top. Exposing her stomach like this would be the strange part.

                                             ... ...

           A pout ( it was a frown, a menacing, pissed off frown! ) before she hurls his own BOOT at the back of his head.

❝  You just couldn’t help yourself, could you?  ❞  Twitch. Lumine’s expression flares, not that he could see it. How dare he! She wasn’t even... well, it’s not like it mattered to her anyway. She huffs, loudly, head tilted upward, and hands on her hips. 

      Lumine takes this moment to compose herself. No, she won’t kill him. Not yet. 

            She finishes her adjustments, making sure everything was in place ... and he was right, it had fit almost perfectly despite the slight difference in height making certain parts baggier or tighter then others ( just ... not her chest )
