Unapologetic Member of the Dog Fandom

En route to therapy and got to drive a good while behind a car with the back window down and two adorable pooches enjoying the ride! It made me so happy.

And just now in the HEB parking lot I saw two college aged ? guys get out of their car, followed by a skinny looking black lab looking puppy. It seemed to have some sort of coat issue I've seen before on maltreated dogs. No collar, nothin. They walked over to one of the shopping cart return hubs, dog sticking behind them like glue. I offered my cart (which I was returning at the time), they accepted, and as I walked back to my car I saw one picking the poor dear up and place him in the car. Then they started heading to HEB. I don't know the backstory there, but I'm betting that that pooch's life will be made better by those two.

A mysterious snail mail letter arrives for Sam Harker from the mysterious Great Uncle Jack. The aging man requests a visit for the first time, with the terse and homophobic rhetoric:

"Come down to my house in San Fransisco, room and board free. All I ask is you keep away those damn homosexuals"

Despite initial misgivings, Sam agrees. However...

Little do they know upon arriving at the quaint flat that Jack's concerns are not unfounded.

Alternate Future San Fransisco is plagued by roving gangs running the entire LGBTQA* spectrum. They rule the city with the utmost authority as well as panache. As indiscriminate as they are, no one is safe. Not even Sam.

Even more worryingly, Sam catches wind of a mysterious plan referred to only as The Agenda.

What is The Agenda? Who is in charge? What connection does Jack's friendly next door neighbor and gang member Jo have with it all?
