What i have learned over the past 100 days is that happiness is a mindset only you have control over. While it is incredible to have many wonderful support systems, believing in yourself and thinking positively will have the greatest impact. You have to be able to stand alone and be your own determinant for happiness, you can not always rely on others. All in all, happiness is an active choice that only you can pursue for yourself.
