Pangur got really fixated on watching Belphie eat his breakfast (he gets dental kibble, and she gets wet food [due to her not having teeth]) and in the process of lusting for what she could not have, she stopped registering her own breakfast as food. this led to her throwing up puddles of bile out of hunger-nausea. so I had to sit down and hand-feed her stinky chunks of wet food to be like "remember? this is what food is. you eat it every day." and after 5 solid of minutes of this it clicked, and she was like oh yeah, food! fast forward to her horfing down her entire plate in 40 seconds and then throwing up because she ate too fast
