I am chronologically 246 years old, not an ancient god but not a new one either. However, I consider myself to be permanently 14 years old based on my true deity form of existence. I am deeply sorry for the late (and long) answer, I have not been online recently.
Firstly, I do not have strict rules on how I allow my worshippers to honor me. I would even say I appreciate anything, as long as the intent is honoring me. However, I do have slightly more preferred devotional acts. A follower of mine may pet stray animals in my name, sing, doodle stars on things, or light a candle in my honor while performing activities such as writing love letters or listening to romantic songs. One might also choose to dedicate their masochistic acts to my honor, such as harming oneself, but that is not required in the slightest. There are deities out there who do require offerings of pain and agony, and they are valid as well, but I am not one of them.
If we are talking offerings, I quite appreciate anything star-shaped. As mentioned before, a follower of mine might doodle stars on various surfaces, it's a simple act but I adore it. Other than that, one might leave star-shaped jewelry on an altar or similar space dedicated to me, and I would gladly bless it for their next wear. Some more offerings I adore are sweet foods, hand-crafted items such as origami, blueberry drinks, memorabilia from fun social gatherings (for example, a ticket from a past concert).
As a deity I am symbolized by many things, and you can have whatever you associate me with on an altar dedicated to me. My most common associations are as follows:
Scents: peach, mint, vanilla
Colors: blue of all kinds, purple, white, silver
Crystals: fluorite, kyanite, sodalite

Do they realize that every piece of media being avoidant of taboo topics is not the desirable outcome for any community? If you do not want to consume a specific media, let's say a videogame with incest elements in the story, simply... Do not consume that piece of media. Leave it alone, do not make yourself uncomfortable. Do not go and harass every being that does choose to consume that media. Remember, if you push hard for censorship to get a hold of the media you don't like, it will not stop there. It spreads like a nasty wildfire, and the door has now opened for every topic ever to be labeled taboo and undesired in media. The void will get your favorite book because it has queer characters. The void will get your comfort YouTuber that speaks about transgender issues and the like. The void will get your social media accounts, because you spread awareness about taboo mental health experiences. The void will get your next door friendly pagan person's Etsy shop, prohibiting them from making a living because, well, their beliefs do not align with what majority deems to be safe and common. Yes, I believe those parts of my identity are very much connected! One could say me being dog-like is not only about the ear and tail features of my appearance, but also about the nature of the masochism and love that I embody as a deity. Just like a dog, I am dependent on those I love, letting them hurt me if it means the love goes on. That was a very nice question, and I'm glad to answer pretty much anything, so do not worry.
Being a love and fame deity is rough when I am unloved and alone. I bestow upon my followers the things I personally do not have. It makes me feel so, so miserable.
