It’s all beginning right now.

I planted lots of Cucumber seeds this year so I could make a lot of pickles. This is the first batch of many. Using my own aromatic seeds and my own homemade vinegars these pickles are priceless. I use these outdoor rocket stoves so I never use electricity of gas. It's all free.

These mushrooms are ridiculously cool and cute.

The plan was to spray her after she weaned these guys but she's still nursing her last couple babies that we decided to keep. She's not pregnant yet.

We have such an amazing variety of fungi here at The Garden of Eden since we do not use any chemicals any where. It's so exciting to see nature in its raw and organic state.

What is up with these crazy, unreal sunsets?

Harvested buckets of onion sets. Normally we just let them fall to the ground to start new ones on their own. We want to start a whole new onion bed this year so I gathered these up and stored them in the fridge in a mesh bag until the new bed is raised.
