Medieval fantasy story written entirely from the perspective of the hero's horse

Very minimally anthropomorphized. Fully just a horse that cannot talk or anything and doesn't know what the fuck is going on. Horse level understanding of human speech & likewise for the rider's ability to read its body language. I said I wasn't gonna do this but I fucking might I kind of love the concept
