An amazing activity you can do if high (on life*)is to pick a person you know and imagine ALL the events that happened to them in their life and all the emotions that might come too. Then go through each one while imagining them happening to you. Make sure to think of the events in chronological order while taking in the emotional reactions you feel with each one.

To me: this made me feel like I was living the emotional footprints of these peoples’ lives. Bringing me to a closer understanding of who they are on a deeper level. It feels somewhat like an emotional rollercoaster of body tingles from each reaction to events. like you are watching an interactive movie where they mist you while flying next to water and blow you with air when it gets windy. Try it. Also I’m totally feeling this right now.
