Realizing recently that i have a very negative view on myself not bc i hate myself (i actually love myself) but bc i expect ppl to hate me and its coloring every aspect of my socialization. Thats what masking does to a person lol
I mean i know its a lot people feeling this way. You feel good during vacation and all your good energy and happiness gets sucked down the drain within the first days of being back to work. Its literally so heartbreaking
And its over and over. Like everytime i have energy and go back to work i think this time im gonna take it easy, im gonna try to stay positive etc. Cuz if u dont then its just a despairing life isnt it.
Whatever. Ill keep doing it for as long as i have to i guess and as long as i can
Heartbroken cuz im so so tired. A week ago I was on paid leave and towards the middle of it i felt my energy come back for the first time in a while. I had energy and motivation to do things, projects, etc. I literally cleaned the house for 3 hours on two different days and was ok about it (may not seem like much but is very difficult for me usually).
Now i came back to work and this week was awful, it was tiring there was a lot of pressure etc. I saw all my energy deplete over the first two days and after that gone into the negatives.
I literally woke due to a tension cramp and now i just want to cry bc i have things to do but i just need to rest so badly. And i have to go back to work monday.
I know this is just being disabled but literally its do hard bc nobody cares and when my disability paper comes the only thing i can do is be able to work less time and for less pay cuz its not compensated.
And literally if i could live the way i wanted i wouldnt be so tired and my quality of life wouldnt suck but bc i have to work for a living i have to just suck it up and act happy about it.
