[GIF] Grimoire of Lorem: Appearance of Goetia

A bit of lore about Lorem.

There are two Lorems: the artist (yours truly) and the namesake OC (the friendly elf I draw sometimes). The latter used to be a Dark Elf. And yes, I already know the cliché about self-insert OCs being all-powerful, invincible, omnipotent, and immortal. He isn't all-powerful, but when it comes to the schools of Illusion, Alteration, and Conjuration magic, he is definitely more than a master; he is a VERY powerful character. He's not as absurdly overpowered as they usually are, but he is still very strong. The Psijic Order once had their eye on him, but this crazy guy prefers to stay secluded in his obsidian cave, conducting experiments and creating creatures. He doesn’t represent a threat unless you mess with his things or interfere with his plans.

Unable to actually transform himself into a demon, Daedra, or god, he decided to create a spell that changes his appearance to that of a Goetic demon—something like Stolas.

This spell belongs to the school of Illusion and is purely aesthetic, only manipulating the perception of those looking at him. But to spice things up a bit, he took the liberty of making it a gradual transformation. This can be confusing or terrifying, making it perfect for pranks or scaring the masses just for fun.

Hi everyone! I’m back. I made this sketch today to keep the account active—and yes, I adore The Elder Scrolls, in case you haven't noticed yet, hehehe.

About the character:

Even though you can't really tell because I didn't add color, she’s wearing Ebony armor with gold decorations (like the ones in Morrowind or Oblivion. By the way, play Morrowind! It’s old but such a good game).

I gave her some strange scales on her face, suggesting some kind of mutation or an arcane origin (honestly, I just thought it would look cool, but it’s justifiable if you try hard enough).

This time I actually made some materials and a decent render. Oh, and I've been modding Skyrim, the difference is that now I'm using my own mods :3

Wendiga

This drawing came from an idea that had been with me for a while: a female version of the wendigo. As a child, I saw certain images too early, and they made this legend feel especially haunting to me. So I wanted to preserve a bit of that eerie vibe in the design.
