You could tell me things are normal,
You could tell me that we are fine.
That our beliefs are immortal,
That my brain is my mind.
You could swear to me on life
On how it is constantly changing;
And yet in its essense a delight
No matter the chaotic deranging.
You could say l am outdated,
Acting up all afool
Telling me to get updated
To the wisdoms lived and accrued.
But honey don't forget about me,
that my mind plays queries.
That lived at times when they
released weekly-episode series.
Now they realease full seasons
As if the world is paced.
But I couldnt tell you how faster
my ideals are set to paste.
You can tell me all you want,
But expect me to keep my cool.
My life has taught me lessons,
And life is the better school.
