“Yeah, I might do that. Though I may or may not have suggested eloping. Just because planning a wedding sounds really stressful and we can always do like, a reception thing afterwards. It seems so much easier…and not as stressful.”

“Oh. I wonder what your mothers think of that..” She wondered, a little worried his mother may freak out but resolved to stay out of it. “It’s your life. Yours and his. If you feel that’s best, do it. But don’t rush. Think about it first.”

“That’s kinda what I thought. Cadence thinks white is a great idea.” She shrugged her shoulders.

“Just go with what you feel looks best, dear. Try both out if you must.”

“Just me, sweetheart.” The elder witch spoke up, leaning on the doorway. “I didn’t mean to startle you.”

“For a wedding dress, which looks better, white, ivory, or champagne? I’m asking for a friend.”

“Of the three; Ivory may perhaps be the best choice. Whites a tad dull, but champagne’s a bit.. obscene.”

“They do, don’t they?” she chuckled to herself before shrugging the thought off. “Yes! Tonight it is then!” 

“Sadly so.” Freya answered, shrugging paired with her words. She couldn’t dwell on that. “Tonight it is. Sounds like a plan.” She smiled.

“Patience, dear sister. I know you’re worried, but magic can’t be rushed. With a little time and the right ingredients, I assure you Eloise will be feeling better before the days through.”

“Hospital? I think not. No such thing’s needed when her Auntie’s can try some remedies first.”

“Rough day, supermom? I can  take over for a bit if you need. I’m not all that needed these days, so I wouldn’t mind helping.”

“I agree with you!” Davina said as she nodded her head. “How does tonight work? I’m pretty much free everyday too.”

“Our lives sound pitiful.” She shook her head, laughing a little despite how unfunny it really was. “Tonight works perfectly well for me.”

“Great! I’m excited about that! It’s a date! When are you free?”  

“A sister date. The best kind.” Freya said happily. “Just say when, D. I don’t have much going on at all these days.”

A smile came across her face, bright as ever. “It’s nice to meet you as well Freya.”

Meeting people had never been too easy for Freya, though with her past that wasn’t too surprising. But it didn’t mean she didn’t try. “So how are you?” She inquired with a small smile, “Forgive me if I’m horrid with making conversation. Besides my family, I don’t much get to talk to others.”

“Sometimes, surprises are nice.” He smirked before stepping into the room while looking around as she spoke. “An spell?” He spoke, intriguing seem to be noticed in his tone. “Mind telling me what kind, even if it’s not important?”

“Sometimes.” The eldest Mikaelson agreed, giving her brother a look as she crossed her arms with the book in hand. “Yes brother, a spell.” Freya shook her head, watching as he looked around before tilting her head. “Ever so curious. If you must know, it’s a new protection spell.”

“Want to go get drinks with Hayley and I?” 

“Drinks with half of my sisters? You don’t even need to ask. I’m in.”
