Hybrid Queen;

“Oh it’s just you Harley. I’m sorry. I just wanted to enjoy myself. Is everything alright?” she asked. 

“That she does. And she has expensive taste.” Hayley laughed. “You’re welcome.” 

“Thank you Hadley. Normally I’d ask Hope or Leo but I can’t seem to find them anywhere. I just need to do a bit of shopping and it’s easier without her. She’s a little shopaholic.” she smiled. “Is there anything I can do for you in return?”

“What possessed me to start talking? I wanted to see if you could watch Eloise for a little while but nevermind. I’ll ask someone else.” Hayley gave her niece a look. 

“Well hurry up and try Freya. If she’s not better soon I’ll be taking her to the hospital.” she sighed softly just wanting her youngest to feel better.

“No. I will be fine. I want to make sure she’s getting better.” Hayley sighed. “I don’t want to sleep Elijah. I want to know that she’s going to be okay.” she looked down. 

“ i don’t think there is such thing as nap time around here. “

“Sadly I think you’re right.”

“Mostly just a fever. The first day she’d gotten sick a little and that’s what made me realize she’d had a fever.” Hayley sighed. 

“She’s just had  a horrible fever Freya. I’ve done everything. Maybe it’s time to take her to the hospital?”

“Eloise. She’s been sick for two days now.” 

“We didn’t mean to come home early. She just wasn’t feeling well. Honestly I wasn’t even sure if you were home.” she shrugged. “How was your afternoon?”

Hayley came in and laid Eloise on the couch for the time being. They’d been out shopping and she’d fallen asleep on the way home. Looking at Esme as she came in she put a finger to her lips. “Shh. Your sister’s asleep. Come on let’s go talk elsewhere.” she said leading her away from there. 

For once Hayley had the house all to herself and instead of relaxing and enjoying it she was picking up after Eloise and cleaning in general. Taking a deep breath she brought a load of laundry up and she folded it before putting hers and Elijah’s away. Taking the clothes to her youngest daughter’s room she put them away before sitting on the floor to start picking up her toys. Normally Eloise was very good about this sort of thing but when Leo came up and wanted to take her out for the day she jumped and ran forgetting all about her toys. A small smile curved at her lips as she thought about it. She’d been hearing little noises off and on lately but when the house is quiet to a point where you can’t take it the headphones come out. Sitting there listening to music as she cleaned Eloise’s room. Standing up she turned the music off and set the player down. Turning around just as the guy behind her moved to grab her she felt herself slam into the wall. She could see him searching for something in her daughter’s room so she quickly got up and threw him out of there following behind. She put up a good fight that led around most of the upstairs. She didn’t even hear Elijah when he’d come in. Screaming as he nearly threw her off a balcony she continued to fight back only now there was at least two of them. She wasn’t sure about a third because as she was surveying they caused her to scream again. “GET OFF ME DAMN IT!” Her voice could be heard throughout the house.
