Anyway I just wanted to ask if you had that fear when you first shifted and how did you deal with it

the first time i shifted it was to an alternative reality. so i kid you not it felt incredibly natural and real that during it i thought i was still in the middle of an awake method and woke up back here. no fright nothing. it feels so natural and you have to remember you're reuniting with another version of yourself, so it'll feel so so belonging spiritually. the realism can be a bit surprising but it's more so . . "wait a minute, i wasn't here before..." (then ofc your inner thoughts will ground you reminding you that you've been there all along), than a "oh my gosh, this feels so real who am i, was i kidnapped?".

it'll feel like your normal day to day life except you know consciously something's off because you've literally tapped in from two different realities so in that sense there's a small gap that then makes reason. but of course everyone deals with it differently but me personally every time i shift it's moreso exciting and feels like a huge reunion.

everything within it. the people you'll meet, the places you'll wander, the entire world already lives inside you. it is you expressed. your desired reality is not a destination, it's a reunion. you're not travelling anywhere. you're returning to something that was always yours. you are the universe experiencing itself. once you understand this, shifting stops being a journey outward and becomes a homecoming. "failures" are no longer reflections of your setbacks or incapabilities.

I don't even really feel anything.

Whether it's sadness, joy, anger, or whatever... it just doesn't really affect me anymore. I know that this isn't me, so I feel like my brain has stopped associating everything here with me.

Even when I see beautiful places or experience things that are supposed to feel magical... I don't feel anything.

For example, I went to Gardaland in Italy (it's a HUGE amusement park with some insanely intense roller coasters), and I went on all the biggest rides.

Guess what I felt?

Nothing.

Same thing when I'm laughing with my friends. I'm laughing, but deep down I don't really feel anything.

Or when my mom yells at me and I start crying... sometimes I realize that, deep down, I'm not even sad. It's almost like I'm just reacting because that's what I'm supposed to do.

I barely feel anything anymore.

The only feeling I can honestly say affects me is boredom.

I'm just... bored.

Hence why i'm thinking more nd more of kms ( i won't do it since i can shift anyway, that's just a THOUGHT ) because what's even the point of living if u don't feel anythinhg? I'm not sad or hopeless, I genuinely just don't feel anything. I'm not happy, I'm not devastated... I'm just completely numb??
