I don’t know where to reach the relevant people, but just so this is out there and people can point them to this… if any experienced, well-known people think they can make a private WS server, there would be funding for it. Serious, experienced people only, of course, but if the funding looks like a hurdle… hit me up. I’ve got some people who can handle that.

This is just a heads up for everyone that’s really interacted with the Ghosts of Arboria (GoA) community at large. As of today, the group is being massively retconned in many departments. Well, mostly. There were events that transpired back in August of last year that destroyed the group and pretty much ripped it to shreds. This happened during a horrific, and catastrophic time in my life. I was going through losing everything in my life (house, cats, an SO, everything) and I was not able to be around to help mitigate the damage to the group. I feel as if something that I had created had been ripped from me and I was forced to go along with RP that was rammed down without a care to what that was doing to me, or my enjoyment of a game that I truly love. Since then, the group has never been the same as I’ve been unsure of how to deal with any of it at all. Had I not being going through what I had been, it would’ve likely ended much differently and those events may not have happened and the course of the group altered in ways that can’t be known. However, given that GoA had a profound impact on many people, I’ve blown it up and am restarting it from scratch pretty much. This means that a lot of the events in question, never happened according to GoA history. They still can have happened, and I encourage people to still play out those effects and repercussions as relevant to your characters, but ask that folks please try to leave the GoA name out of it and instead replace that with another NPC group or something along those lines. I’m sorry for what trouble this may cause for some folks, but I want to have fun when I RP and there’s no way I can do that, and continue GoA as it was intended, unless I do this. For those interested, please feel free to contact me directly as we’re taking new members during this time of reformatting.
