“How does your OC deal with guilt?”

(Im writing these for Evander and Lex because at this point my version of Lex has almost turned into something like an OC. Don’t hate the player hate the game.)

Evander:

Oh god guilt eats him up real bad if it’s guilt related to someone close to him. Like he wants to fix it at all costs or he can’t rest easy- but the thing is that he actually WILL make moves to fix things when he knows he messed up. He hates hurting his friends and loved ones sooo much- and sometimes his frustration with himself becomes external.

However, he doesn’t feel guilt at all if he thinks the person deserves to be wronged- like Millona for example. (At least until she improves herself and tries to make up for what’s she’s done.)

Lex:

I would say he handles guilt similarly in the fact he will take action to try and mend things- but he’s a little more tactful about it. Like yeah, he’ll try to fix things- but he doesn’t outwardly show that he’s upset with himself. He also makes peace with his failings more easily most of the time- but since his guilt applies outside of friends and extends to strangers as well- I feel like that’s fair of him tbh. We can only do our best, after all!
