And Gary decided to show up a later than he agreeded, just to avoid any lingering preps, he wouldn't want to run into Bif.

Entering the boxing arena, the room was dark only a dim light illuminated from the upstairs windows, Gary took his time getting to Derby's room, looking at all of the medals and posters on the walls. He'd never been inside the Glass Jaw and now that he was finally in he really wanted to take in all the decorations, seeing how Derby and his friends lived.

When he was finally done exploring the downstairs, he made his way to Derby's little hang out room, knocking on the wooden door before entering. "I'd say I'm Sorry I'm late. I just didn't want to run into any of your friends that don't like me"

Derby had a lot of time to think on what happened. It didn’t sit with him well - Emotions never really did.

He waited for Gary, but time went by, and he started to wonder if he’d even show up. He sighed, crossing his arms and resting them against the bar surface. A drink wouldn’t hurt. Maybe two, or a few more. Just to relax.

He lost track.

After a while, he finally heard the knock. Derby groaned. “Come in,” the boy grumbled beneath his breath. He glanced up. Seeing Gary made him sit straight. “God.. There you are, do you know how late it is..?”

Gary's eyebrows furrowed, Derby reeked of alcohol, the scent burned Gary's nose, "had a few to many drinks? You're stumbling around like an idiot. You smell,,, great." Gary said sarcastically rolling his eyes, he gently placed his hand on Derbys chest, with a bit of hesitation, "let's sit you down before you fall over, if you fall down I'm afraid I won't be able to pick you up off the ground"

Gary gripped ahold of Derbys shirt, pulling him to the bar, pushing him against one of the stools, Gary then pulled himself up, sitting on the stool closet to Derby.

Though, he realized he completely misread the situation when the other pulled him back toward the bar. How stupid, why would he lean in like that? He hoped Gary didn’t notice. Derby sat down and cleared his throat. “I thought we could.. talk it out.”

It was a struggle even getting the conversation started. Should he apologize? Take accountability? He didn’t want to go that low, to put himself beneath somebody else for once. He let out a breath.

Gary then cleared his throat, trying to ignore what Derby just did, some redness hitting his cheeks at the thought of kissing Derby. He really found the boy pretty and he'd love to kiss him, but he knew he wouldn't have the courage himself.

"Talk it out?" Gary laughed to himself, "I thought we already did?" Gary seemed confused, he wasn't used to this side of Derby, the usual condescending and selfish attitude was replaced with a vulnerable and shy one. He didn't expect Derby to have such a side to him, maybe he'd need to be around Derby when he's drunk more often.

Leading up to prom I can only assume she had at least a dozen promposals to keep her amused. I like to imagine Lola's entire attention would be on Johnny, not because she's finally committing to loyalty but because having all her other affairs eyes gathered in one place, not even solely on her but on her Johnny, in seething jealousy -- that's the sight she's truly attending prom for, it'd be succhh a shame if a brawl burdened that dance floor because somebody couldn't contain their envy. Oh, and you already know Johnny bought that dress of hers.

Trent on the other hand, I can see him having asked out practically every poor soul who crossed his path. I think it'd be comedic if he landed himself in one of those situations where he'd have to run back and forth entertaining two dates at once whilst trying to keep them unaware of each other. This is a slightly off-topic headcanon of mine but I like to imagine that he bleaches his hair to get it to that iconic blonde, so the night prior you just know he was in the boys dorm forcing one of his pals to get rid of those darn dark roots.

Decided to push myself with fan-made content so... what about a Bully esque type of fan story that tells the events before and after Jimmy's arrival? Especially from Zoe's point of view? Yeah, that's what my narrative is all about. I was thinking of calling it "No Boys Allowed".

The idea would be the same old story but with focus on the girls. Of course, I realize the cast lacks compared to their male equivalent so I am working on new characters that may appear in this type of thing. At the moment, I plan some illustrations and little comics based on it.
