It is LOGICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to form a system without trauma. The way a system forms is from your brain development being interrupted and severely stressed from repeated trauma, desperate to find a way to survive.

To say you are an endo system COMPLETELY erases what being a system is and erases all trauma from actual systems.

Now.. if you genuinely cannot identify yourself due to mood swings, constant identity problems, etc it can easily be a form of bipolar, literally going through puberty/growing up, or even experiencing depersonalization/derealization.

Depersonalization can easily make you feel like you are someone else and make you extremely confused on who you really are. This goes especially for if you are a people pleaser and tend to mix up your hobbies, interests, personality, beliefs, etc to 'blend in' even if you can't recognize it.

It can especially become more confusing and intense if you rely on fiction.

There is no shame in trying to figure out 'what is wrong with you' in the slightest, but there is a line to erasing an entire disorder that is very serious and eats away at people's lives on the daily.

Being a system is not fun. For instance, most of our alters are source attached and miss the trauma they took form after. Their 'memories' of source are violent and repetitive. They tend to miss those traumatic experiences and often become stressed because they 'aren't there anymore'.

Dating isn't fun either. Like a singlet? Good luck in trying to not feel guilty when you love them over the moon one second and care less about them the next. Even better when one alter ends up falling for another person but you can't let them be with said person. If your alter is extremely source attached? Good luck because 9/10 times they will desperately search for their 'partner' in any system they meet or chase someone thats similar to them

Want friends? Especially singlets? Good luck, because if you don't want to mask as an ex-host, that person will likely be upset with you for being/acting different or be sensitive to it.

There is NOTHING fun about being a system. EVER. It is NOT a fun disorder. It is NOT a little fashion accessory free to use.
