stopping by to say -
Support your libraries guys! They got books! Internet! Information! They're the last bastion of community, and librarians are heroes.
Learn first aid - it can save lives. When you're clued up on it, teach it to others.
If you're able to, try and buy a couple of extra canned items/water when you do your weekly food shop. Don't forget first aid items and toiletries. It doesn't have to be tonnes, but it doesn't hurt to have a couple of extras.
Try and find some happiness in each day. Finding some form of positivity or laughing is a form of rebellion. Do not let the fuckers get you down.
Exercise. Literally no cons to this (sorry). YouTube has lots of great videos that require no equipment.
Learn to fix things! Fixing your own stuff instead of buying new is another form of rebellion and saves you some money.
Look after each other. Check in on people.
Controversial one, maybe: it's good to have discussions with people that have different views. CIVILISED discussions. SAFE discussions. Of course, choose who you speak to carefully, and disregard this entirely if you want to, but I'm gonna throw it out there.
Teach each other skills. Do you know how to can food? Awesome, teach your friend, and ask him to teach you how to grow veggies in return.
Don't give up, don't give up, don't give up. Remember that you've survived every single bad day of your life. You're tough, you can do it.
