According to the RCMP’s official pay information, new Constables start at 71,191 CAD per year after they finish Depot, and can reach 115,350 CAD at the top constable step within about three years. The constable rank has five salary steps, so your pay moves up as you gain experience.

While you are at the 26‑week Cadet Training Program in Regina, you get a recruitment allowance of 1,000 CAD per week, up to 26,000 CAD in total for the full program, plus room, board, uniform, and travel covered.
