Bayverse!OP wounded and left in dusty barns, sneezing away as he tries to clear his airways, pulling at unhealed injuries; flying through space and left unnaturally chilled, coming down ill as his frame works overtime to make up for the cold and leaving him with a hellish fever; sneezing reflexively as Sam or Cade or (if we go the reboot route) Noah try to help and stick their tiny hands somewhere they shouldn't
