Week 6 at the gym, first of all, haven't lost a lot of weight but got HELL strong.

This Is the first Time I do Upper/Lower at the gym with cardio now that my Legs are getting stronger after an awful fall. WHAT in the HELL, results in 4 weeks with just 15 min of cardio??? Omg ??? My mind. Never lose hope, each year counts omg

Went to the gym and a guy who Is stronger than me in every way said "you're REALLY strong !" Thank u big dude who does 100lb each arm, I am trying with my 25 lb each arm 🗣️!!
