NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS + EUROPE
Itâs been a while since Iâve been on here. Life has been, wellâŚ.busy. I finished up another semester of design school (only 2 more semesters to go!) and just returned from my first European adventure. I was in Paris, France, and various cities in Switzerland. It was magical and I canât wait to plan my next trip to Europe. I am so excited to share some of my favorite photos from my trip as well as a yummy new recipe for homemade (3 ingredient) granola bars! Oh Paris, youâre a dreamâŚ

Iâve made two batches in two daysâŚoops. The recipe couldnât be easier. All you need is uncooked oats, peanut butter, and honey.These are no bake which makes them perfect for summer! The last thing I want to do when itâs 90 + degrees outside is turn on my oven. Am I right?!
NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS

Serves: 8 bars
Ingredients
3 cups uncooked oats
1 cup natural peanut butter
3/4 cup raw local honey
Instructions
In a saucepan on medium heat, heat peanut butter and honey for about 2 minutes until ingredients have warmed and become slightly melted (not boiling)
Pour oats and peanut butter honey mixture into a large mixing bowl
Stir together ingredients until oats are coated with the mixture
Pour mixture into a parchment lined 9 x 9 baking pan and press down firmly
Let it set overnight in the refrigerator
Cut into bars
