Butts and Guts really took me out this morning, but I still made it in time to spend $25 on postcards 🙃. The art was so pretty though, and I love my friends, so no regrets.

I really can't seem to get a hold of my time. It's not like I'm just lying around doing nothing either I swear its the time stuck in a car. The heat is also starting to come down hard, but I can't complain because the thought of winter sends shivers down my soul.

One thing did come out of today, though: I'm starting to close TikTok and actually get up to create instead of endlessly scrolling. That's a win in my book.

Ballerina Slippers nail polish might actually be the perfect pale pink. May it bless me with even a fraction of the drive, discipline, and dedication that ballerinas seem to have.

I was able to work on InkGuard today, which felt good, but I didn't get to my reading. Tracking my time has really made me analyze how I use it, and I've realized you have to be strict about what you do because time slips away so easily.

Woke up feeling stiff and creaky thanks to that damn phone, lol. I've been waking up in the middle of the night just to scroll, so I think it's time to start leaving it in another room if I actually want a full night's sleep.

Yoga felt like a chore this morning, which is rare because I usually love sunrise yoga. I think the lack of sleep finally caught up to me. On top of that, I had to put together a diaper cake for my significant other's mom since she had an event at work. Gotta say tho the Wendy's chicken croissant absolutely hits. Something about that honey sweetness has me hooked.

I spent most of the day nannying, so I didn't get much time to work on my own projects. Right now, I'm a new goal I'm adding is going from a 165 to a 180 on the LSAT, so I need to fit in study session in the schedule.

Time is going to pass either way,so I'm trying to make sure I'm moving the needle every day

Film some content for tiktok and youtube.

Had the day off from work and planned to spend it grinding on InkGuard, but my period had other plans. Every month it's the same thing the craving for hot pot like it's a medical necessity. Luckily I have the best cuddle budy aka rubi my baby girl

I was also supposed to have a job interview today, but it got canceled last minute. Honestly, I'm choosing to see it as a blessing in disguise because it gave me more time to work on my own projects and why be sad over something out of my control.

Lately, something has really clicked for me when it comes to discipline. Time is going to pass regardless. A year from now, I can either be closer to the life I'm working toward or still wishing I had started sooner. I've also been thinking a lot about the idea that you can't keep dreaming bigger if you're not willing to put in the work to match those dreams.

Now my biggest challenge is getting better at managing my time. There are so many things I want to create beyond InkGuard. I want to post more consistently on TikTok and YouTube, keep building my cyberdeck, and finally start my wardrobe refresh project. The ideas are there,I just need to make space for them.

Woke up feeling different today. Sunrise yoga put me in a locked-in state that I carried for the rest of the day. This energy carried me on my quest to find the RTC module at micro center that I needed for my cyberdeck build without having to go to Amazon. Now I just need to actually stay consistent with it.

Momentum feels good ✨

Wow, i was actually ahead of schedule today had 7:30–8:30 blocked off for my chai latte ingredients run and was ahead of it. 💫

Was kinda sad that my favorite bagel shop was closed, but the day redeemed itself fast. I had this amazing head spa and facial my scalp feels brand new and my thoughts are literally flowing smoother. They gave me ginger tea after, and I swear it unlocked a whole new level of calm.

Of course, I had to keep the self care going and stopped at Ulta right after and grabbed the Ari R.E.M X “Wicked” blush palette because one thing about me is I love a good blush and plus a component with a mirror is always a plus 💅 Then ended the night watching one battle after another gotta say it’s no Sinners, but honestly, a close second.

Morning blur turned golden ✨ Almost missed my sunrise yoga because the bed was way too comfy, but I pulled it together and made it out anyway. Been in my chai latte era lately, and today I tried a red velvet one… honestly life-changing. 🍵

Cooked some baked ziti for dinner (came out so good), then drove an hour away for a client meeting before getting in some LSAT prep. Wrapped the night by starting my InkGuard pitch deck for the competition next week trying to stay locked in and aligned with everything I’ve been building lately. 💻🔥

Lately, I’ve been obsessed with the unexpected luxury of the Chanel Fall 2014 RTW show specifically, the way it transformed the mundane into something mesmerizing. A supermarket runway? Shopping baskets with leather trim? It was satire, excess, and everyday beauty wrapped in tweed. After watching the show and listening to the runway mix a couple of times. Here are my main takeaways, you can watch the show here for context before continuing with the post.

But the energy of the show and how they turned the ordinary into high fashion was the spark for the bag I created.

Finally ordered my cap and gown why are these things so expensive? It was like $130! Not gonna lie, I cried when I submitted the order. It just feels like one more thing checked off before I graduate.

I had a meeting with my capstone professor, and honestly, I feel overwhelmed. I have a presentation and a process book to put together. On top of that, I had to do some babysitting and go to work good thing I actually like the kids and that they are so chill.

Today was full, babysitting from 10 to 5:30, and I even got to try a baseball pitching machine for the first time.

Realization of the day: if I want to fully express what “less chaos, more art” means on the intro of my portfolio, I’m gonna have to dive into learning animation. And no more stalling – time to rip the bandage and tackle some patent bar questions!
