I had my third hot pilates class last night and I am really digging it! I love that my whole body gets so sweaty that I'm literally dripping onto my yoga mat towel and that I need to peel my shirt off. I've never been comfortable enough to just work out in shorts and a bra, but in this case it's the lesser of two discomforts. I'm probably the oldest person in the class but I can keep up just fine and that feels good.
