Hello Tumblr! I’m Jo and I am knees deep in the hijack/frostcup soup after listening to the audiobook version of Of the Northmost Winds and Skies 😳🫶 Recommended to me by @bluethebug which I am eternally grateful for 😩🙌

A bit about me: I’m a 23 yo Dutch artist living in Denmark with my gf/fiancé. I graduated with a bachelor in illustrated & animated storytelling last summer, and I’m currently starting up freelancing work in art while working parttime jobs 👌 I primarily work with illustration and comics! But I hope to branch out more in the future 🥰

- everyone started moving in a circle, singing and moving in a well-versed rhythm. Gobber’s voice somehow never drowned in all the rest of them, singing his heart out with crude lyrics about his axe and mace and ugly wife. Jack didn’t know the lyrics, though he quickly learned the last line of every verse: I’m a Viking through and through.

Remember that one hijack art u did 2 years ago where u drew them with these really fucking cool tattoos? Right. Im really obsessed with that art.

Ik I’m just some random person on the internet, but I definitely really want to get tattoos someday, so my weird question, assuming you designed those yourself is, could i. actually use those designs for actual tattoos for myself?

Or if you didnt design them, could you tell me who did or where you got them from?

I know this is weird haha sorry. But I’m still going absolutely bonkers over that piece of art AND the tattoos bc holy fuck. Coolest designs I’ve ever seen and exactly what I’d want to have.

Obviously I won’t mind if you say no, it’s your art! :)

Hiccup grinned. “Tag.”

“Okay.” Jack paused, tapping his fingers against Hiccup. “Now you have to run away.”

The Viking’s smile relaxed, and his eyes skittered up around Jack’s face. Some snowflakes were stuck in his hair, and despite the cold, Hiccup’s irises were warm with an emotion Jack couldn’t put a name to. The subtle shake of his auburn head, the no, was so small that if Jack wasn’t so close he would’ve missed it.

Jack’s heart thudded in his chest. He swallowed.

“Hiccup…” He began.

Those green eyes slowly blinked twice. “Yes?”

Hiccup: Jack…

Jack: What, don’t like that? How about handsome~?

Hiccup, flustered and exasperated: Jack please

Jack: My handsome hairy hooligan Hero~
