"Russian security forces have detained the curator of an international internet network who recruited minors worldwide to commit terrorist acts. According to the FSB and Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the suspect is a 17-year-old teenager.
A teenager who created the world's largest organization of supporters of various international terrorist organizations was detained in Dagestan. According to the FSB, the groups the teenager managed had 200,000 members, including 5,000 active members. The minor's activities were overseen by Ukrainian intelligence services.
As a result of the successful operation, the detainee's accomplices from Russia, the United States, and Europe were identified. All episodes of their criminal activity are being documented.
Minors were recruited to commit terrorist attacks in Russia, the United States, Europe, and the CIS (former Soviet Union republics). Curators were taught teenager recruits how to properly carry out terrorist attacks and murders, craft weapons and explosives, cover their tracks, and evade law enforcement. Recruits are known to have carried out arson and bomb threats in the US, Germany, and Italy.
But the main target was Russia and the CIS countries. In Russia, terrorist attacks were planned in Domodedovo, Krasnoyarsk, Orekhovo-Zuyevo, St. Petersburg, Lipetsk, Orenburg, and other cities. The teenager's involvement in organizing at least 15 terrorist-related crimes in 10 Russian regions has also been confirmed.
Investigative and operational activities are ongoing, and the minor has been arrested. He has already been charged with involvement in organizing the mass murders of schoolchildren."
