he blinks, a little curious about that but deciding not to ask for any elaboration from hyoseop. it was something that he had learned immediately, everyone's birthdays and birth years, so he could speak to them with the appropriate amount of respect due to whether they were older or younger than him. so, he was pretty sure he could figure out this question.

"do you remember where the question was? i'm pretty sure i can do it," jiho says instead of anything else, a little amsued as he starts calculating it in his head as he waits for the other to lead the way towards said question. "i asked everyone's birthday right away, so i'm pretty sure i remember them all," he adds, in way of an explanation. grinning at what hyoseop had said, jiho nods in agreement. "they only gave me a small hint of where the location was, but it's a pretty good hint," he says, humming a little bit and he wonders if it would be worth it to just head there right now, now that he's found someone else to bring with him. but a small part of him wonders if he's wrong.

truthfully, maybe it was a bit embarrassing that he didn’t know everybody’s birthday, and not just that, but their age as well. hyoseop wasn’t particularly good at remembering stuff, but he’d managed to remember the birthdays of his old members; baekhyun, kai and parker. they left, and hyoseop was kind of back to not really knowing people’s birthday. he had managed to learn iseul’s, he’s pretty sure… he knows who’s older and younger than him, he just doesn’t know most people’s exact age…

"we can collaborate but yes i do have the final say," jisoo smiles, teeth in a big smile, canines out on display. at the colours hyoseop indicated, they were rather warm so jisoo put away the cool toned outfit and held up the warmer outfit which had browns and more orange-toned colours. and he could give the more gold-toned accessories to him for the shoot. lighting would help too. "i'm open to suggestion though," it wasn't as if he was a haute couture house where they had a very specific look in mind and no one else had anything to say about it. "so if you hate it, let me know." "and no big deal bout personal colour. i've heard that people can get different colours assigned to them because its all opinion anyway." setting aside the items they wouldn't be using, he or the other stylist would tidy it up later and put it back into the working closet. "it's a good situation for both of us so i'd rather have everyone be comfortable and happy, especially since we are working together. so try this on and then i'll go grab the accessories for the finishing touches. hyoseop and aeri were filming most of their parts separately until their final shot together at the end. so this part would only be hyoseop's portion.

“i think i’ll trust you on this… i’m not particularly stylish nor good at picking out outfits” hyoseop looks down at himself, his too tight white t-shirt, dark blue sweatpants, and of course a pair of sandals. while hyoseop knew how to style his hair and do his makeup, he was lost on when it came to styling himself outfit-wise. to be fair, his closet was rather boring, it was mainly just sweatpants in a million different colours, and too many white t-shits. “from what i’ve seen, you’re better at styling than me” he shrugs. “i don’t think i’ll hate anything you put me in, but if it’s too bad, i’ll let you know” he smiles to the other.

“it’s rare, isn’t it? i think it’s been a while since any of the actors in lgc agency have been a part of the lgc groups’ music videos either, and that’s usually one way the groups interact.” aeri expressed her thoughts out loud before adding a lighthearted remark. “i guess the lgc actors are so elusive that it’s like winning the lottery when you get to work with any of them.”  “i’ve been casually following some of the models and their brands ever since i was one of the models for jinseo’s brand. i don’t know the exact process that they go through, but i feel like their model brands showcase a side to them that you don’t normally get to see from their projects and gigs.” she nodded as she began leading the way towards where the products were.  “when i was a model for elysium, jinseo gave me a book about greek mythology to help me understand the thought process behind the cf since he really loves mythology. for jisoo, i’ve always admired how elegant and timeless a lot of the accessories are, which reflects the image that some of the fans have about him.” aeri explained as she noticed the table that had all of the items laid out for them and the stylists. “ooh, these hair barrettes are my style!” she pointed out the accessory that stood out the most to her before looking at hyoseop to see his initial reaction.

“it is rare” he nods “you’d think with us being in the same company, we would interact more” he shrugs. there was so many people in legacy though, not just trainees, but idols, actors, models and so much more, it hadn’t been like that in his old company. he’d been in a company before legacy, not particularly big though, they never managed to debut a group, but the company was small enough that it felt like you knew everyone, in legacy it’s like he constantly sees a new face or hears an unfamiliar name. “we’re more separated than i thought we would be” he shrugs again.

"yeah, i think that's just a normal fear when you're joining an already established group," iseul says, swigging a mouthful of soju and smacking his lips together as he feels the burn go down his throat and he lets out a satisfied sound. never had he thought he would be swigging alcohol in the dorms to celebrate, despite the fact that it had been something he had suggested back when he had first joined. he does act a little bashful when hyoseop mentions that the fans love him, though, pretending to be shy and waving a hand in the other's direction while covering his face. once his little act is over, he picks at the chips in between them and shoves one in his mouth. he laughs a little bit, nodding at the other's words solemnly. "i will," he says, placing a hand over his heart like he's swearing an oath. "with that though, i think you need to learn to let loose every once and a while. cheat days are okay!"

“it feels weird though… once i was the newest member, now i’m the one that’s been here the longest” he takes another sip. it left him with an ambivalent feeling, he was happy to be in type zero, he was happy to have iseul in type zero, but he missed his old members so much. it hurt, having to see parker, kai and baekhyun go, he’d grown so close to those three, now he doesn’t remember when he last spoke with them. the thought makes him a little depressed, and his next sip is much more than just a tiny sip.

"yes, it's a little bit different. we usually have upbeat, or sometimes even jazzy songs? i don't think it's necessarily what is trending but we're like the 'opposite' side of what versus music is like. think.. easy-listening?" yushin tries to explain, though its harder to try to push all of their songs into one generic category. " "although unless they give us full right to compose, i don't know if we have much ...sway in what our song choice would be for title tracks. do you like composing or do you have any interest in composing? or do you have interest in choreography?" yushin loved the creative side of being an idol, but he knows that everyone had different approaches to the career. "i'm happy when i like the title song they give us though, since we usually have to perform it so many times." and likely for the next few months on repeat. and again if a concert happened in the future. the group was definitely smaller over time but he thinks that tva had good chemistry. "i wonder if they'll keep us as this unit for a prolonged time."

“i do like composing songs yeah” he nods his head “i’m a terrible dancer though, so i don’t think i’d be particularly good at creating choreographies” he shrugs. hyoseop hadn’t really had the chance yet to have a lot of creative freedom, and majority of the songs he wrote didn’t even come further than out of his room. he would like to be more creative, but he’s aware he still isn’t the best at being creative, at least not when it comes to making songs or choreographies. “and you? any interest in composing or choreographing?” he runs a hand through his hair, looking at yushin as he awaits an answer.

"a math question?" jiho echoes, a bit surprised and he grins despite it all, moving closer to the other idol. "do you remember where it was?" he asks, curious to see if he could solve it. he wasn't the best at math, but he had done enough during his business classes (pre-debut) that he thought that maybe he could take a shot at it and do well. maybe. "i have a clue to where the final site is supposed to be but i won't reveal it just yet," he says, looking a little amused. he thinks he might have an idea to where it is in general because of the hint, but he kinda wants to keep it a secret for a bit longer. for the content, you know?

he's hoping that with the two of them, they might solve more quests easily but now he hopes that hyoseop remembers where the questions he wasn't able to solve were so they can (hopefully) go back to clear them all.

“mmhmm” he nods his head “it was something about the average age in type zero and vna” he shrugs “besides not knowing how to do the math, i also couldn’t figure out how old everybody is…. besides me and… well, besides my own age, i don’t know anyone else’s age for certain”. good job hyoseop, a clap on the shoulder or something, he really wasn’t contributing to the team much, at least not yet. “ah, where it is? it’s somewhere on this floor… i know that much, since i basically haven’t been anywhere but this floor”.

a project tva starter for @lgchyoseop

he's wandering the halls, having found a handful of questions and quests that he had managed to solve on his own. hopefully, he would find another member soon, considering the fact that he hasn't feels weird to him. the mall is pretty big, but that didn't mean that it was impossible to run into someone else right? especially considering that v&a (and staff) were the only ones supposed to be in here now. he's in the middle of that thought when he spots someone down the hall, having turned into the area he was in and he shushes the camera directors so he can sneak over to ... hyoseop.

instead of scaring the other like he had originally been planning to, he stage whispers "hyoseop-ah~" down the hall, hoping to get the other's attention. when hyoseop turns, jiho waves with a grin on his lips, beckoning him over.

hyoseop had truly not been particular good at this, wandering around with his mascot in his hands, attempting (underscore on attempting) to solve riddles and find clues. he met a math problem once, attempting to figure it out, only to leave the riddle behind, he knew he wasn’t solving that. he’d… very much not been the biggest help for the group today, and he kind of just wandered around like a lost child, hoping he would soon meet someone that wasn’t the camera crew.

its been over a year since aurora had their last campaign and he was all hands in this time around. having the break during one season allowed him to really think about what he'd like for his brand, and recallibrate his mind towards what was important to him about AURORA. he loved his last commercial, and he knew he was going to love this one too- if only he could ensure that all of the imagery in his mind, compilation boards and sketches would make it to the film reel too. yes, he was serious about these things, and more serious as time on. lighting... outfits... and accessories all had to be right! after the model had made it out of make-up and styling, jisoo hmm and haw'd over the possible outfits to stick hyoseop in. it needed to be an outfit that his model could use a lapel pin for. he had multiple options - things to consider were how the colours would be on the model. some collaboration was not uncalled for. "hi hyoseop! i'm so glad you could be here today. i have the outfit in mind but before we get you changed in to it, i did want to ask, do you happen to know your personal colour?" he had cool toned and warm toned palette for clothing and accessories that he could put his star model in, and both were ready in his size.

hyoseop had never been a particularly big fan of modeling, but legacy kept throwing modeling gigs his way anyway. while his dad was a successful and famous model, hyoseop just didn’t share that passion. was hyoseop confident in his looks? very. and considering how much he talked about his good looks, you would assume he loves to stand in front of the camera, the things just is, the camera can’t capture his beauty, at least that’s what hyoseop says. still, hyoseop wasn’t walking into this modeling gig with a bad mindset, he was gonna try his best along with trying his best to enjoy it.

"i was kinda crazy when i learned i would be debuting in type zero," he says, laughing a bit, taking a swig from a bottle of beer he had opened for the somaek and was taking sips out of every once and a while. "i think i was in the dance studio every second that i wasn't learning the stuff for ice on my teeth and then learning the others songs," he adds, thinking about it. "i wanted to be prepared, you know? i didn't want to join and then have fans be disappointed that i was there instead of like, someone else, or something." he shrugs, trying to pass off what he had said as nonchalantly as possible. it was still a slight fear he had, though he's met enough fans and stalked his name on twitter and naver enough to know that he was relatively well received when he had joined the team. it's a relief to know that his hard work had paid off, honestly. "i don't think i've been following a strict diet at all," iseul comments, thinking about it. he, of course, does follow a a normal diet but it's not like he's going out of his way to avoid snacks or sweets or anything. and he doesn't really work out either—though he guesses his strict dance regimen counts enough for that. "have you been dieting?"

“oh yeah, i remember, the day i was told i’d be joining type zero was special to me” he nods his head. “i wasn’t as smart as you though… it took me a bit of time to start learning the dances, which was stupid considering i take ages to learn dances”. it’s a feeling hyoseop will never forget, the day he was finally told he’d be debuting. “i remember being scared too though… that the fans wouldn’t accept, or that i’d be less popular than the members that had been there longer” he hums. “you don’t have to worry about that though, from what i’ve seen, the fans love you”.

“mhmm, it’s aeri and yes, i am one of lgc agency’s actresses.” she reassured him as she nodded her head. aside from group activities, it was rare for aeri to interact with idols, especially male idols. but today so happened to be one of those instances when she would be interacting with one, so aeri hoped that everything would go well (and his fans wouldn’t mind having her as his partner for the cf). “since you just got there, do you want to join me and check out the products? i heard we still have a little time before filming.” she suggested, hoping it would give them a chance to see the products firsthand and also to get to know hyoseop better. if there was anything she learned since debuting as an actress, it was always introducing herself and getting to know her fellow costars. so far it hadn’t failed her since there were some instances when she would meet them in other gigs or outside of work.  she reasoned, “i wanted to see them in person to visualize the cf. just knowing the general info can only take you so far.”

hyoseop had once considered doing acting, but after failing greatly at it, he decided to give up. he’d also considered modeling, but he knew he would hate that, luckily in the end he managed to become an idol, and he wasn’t stuck doing something he didn’t know how to do or something he hated doing. “it’s not often i get to interact with the actors in legacy” really it was not often he got to see anyone but the type zero members, but the trainees, actors and models in legacy, he saw particularly little. 

to say modeling has become second nature to jino would be a lie, far from it, but the awkwardness he feels about being in front of the camera lessens when he’s surrounded by people he knows — it also helps that the shoot today was for a brand he’s known all his life. being able to model for nintendo had never been the plan but he liked the perks of it.  “hey! yea, long time no see, being busy probably doesn’t cut it. i heard you guys are coming back soon, you must be exhausted preparing for that.” word around the street had gotten around fast and jino was not immune it to — especially when fans had already begun campaigning around the company in anticipation for it. “so psyched, last year i thought would be the end of it but to be invited again to promote is always fun. at least this time i won’t have an audience if i end up losing a ‘game’, it’ll just be you, me and the camera.” he laughs, nodding his head to the makeshift set up of a living room with the nintendo switch 2. “have you played any yoshi games?”

“yeah i guess we’ve both grown busy” he shrugs. while hyoseop has been an idol for some time now, he still gets surprised at how little time he has for his friends. he sees iseul a lot, like a lot, but with practice, gigs and a busy schedule, it’s difficult to find time for people that aren’t type zero members. so when he gets the chance to interact with the other people in legacy, he does get quite excited, even when it’s people he aren’t particularly close with.

“the word gets around fast, huh?” he chuckles “sometimes i feel like the fans know we’re having a comeback before i do” he shrugs, a laugh following. “but yeah, we’re preparing something” he nods “so stay tuned, this is different from what type zero usually does” he sends a playful smile the other’s way. “i thought we were done modeling for nintendo too” he nods “i’m still not entirely used to modeling for such a big brand though…”.

"hey seop, what's up!" yushin was always excited around the other members, the extrovert within could not be contained. he couldn't help but laugh about the 'sweat' lines with repetition. sometimes it was the luck of the draw. "we have some parts where our lines go together, in that one verse. so that part will be nice. i think i only steal your 'sweat sweat' part once towards the end," he chuckles, trying to think back to which part everyone had. "for the amount of times you say sweat, i have to say sway." "but i am satisfied with my lines, yes." there were times in the past where he didn't love the distribution, whether it was too much of overtaking the entire song, or having too 'few' lines in his opinion. not that it was always up to them - it was up to the powers at large, and also whether the song fit a certain member more or not. "honestly i think agito gets cooler songs when we get to collaborate with type zero and versus, so i'm excited about variety! although, do you feel this song is different from the type of music type zero usually have?"

hyoseop had never really cared too much about lines, though he did enjoy showing off his rap, he understood not every song needed a rap part, he had gotten better at singing, was he good at singing though? not really. type zero hasn’t really ever had a lot of members while hyoseop was a part of the group, the most members was when he joined and they were five, being a small group meant there was more lines to give out. he honestly doesn’t care too much about his lines in sweat, he’s just happy to be participating.

“huh, look at us, sweat and sway duo” he chuckles “it’s a kind of repetitive song, but it’s also kind of really good, so i don’t mind” he shrugs. “i think i’m satisfied too yeah” he nods “but at the end of the day, lines don’t matter that much”.

"yeah, but i learned a few while training already," he comments, thinking back to his trainee days. it was a bit fun, if he's honest, once he had learned he would be debuting into type zero, because he threw himself wholeheartedly into learning every single choreography that he could get his hands on. he wasn't sure about formations, but the bright side about this was that he was a quick learner and could adapt easily. it was why he was so proud, as well, that upon his inauguration into the team, he had been made main dancer immediately. it had been his only, single-minded goal for so long that it felt really great to have it come to fruition. iseul leans bac, picking at the snacks they had in front of them and he sighs a little bit. "i can help you, in the future if you're struggling," iseul offers, sincere and genuine about it. he had always thought that if he didn't manage to debut, he would either become a backup dancer or a dance teacher, so he had worked on both a little, by helping other trainees when needed. "also, a strict diet is necessary but you have to be have some cheat days or you'll go crazy, right?"

“learning the dances before you joined? i should’ve done that”. he looks back, the countless hours he used on learning all the dances, much slower than baekhyun and kai that joined at the same time, he lacked sleep during that period… luckily now he only has to learn the dances from the new songs they put out, though here and there, he needs to refresh his memory of all the older songs.

“ah it’s almost embarrassing… i’ve been an idol much longer than you, yet you’re a better dancer than me” he chuckles, it’s a bit embarrassing, but hyoseop has learnt to just accept he’s not the world’s best dancer, and probably won’t ever be. “how many years did you train before becoming an idol?” he takes another sip of his poorly mixed drink, leaning a bit back.
