i honestly really want to blow out your kneecap because of how many braincells i just killed reading your post.
okay, i donât know what diluted reality youâre living in, but obviously youâre a bigot who doesnât understand multiple perspectives -- i, for one, donât agree with you when you say that itâs a common rule to ânot break peopleâs bonesâ in fights, depends on where you learn combat. thatâs limited to your knowledge and doesnât even bother encompassing any other techniques or other things can can be learned outside of martial arts or whatever youâre studying. the â12 different martial arts classesâ comment was also totally irrelevant and doesnât help make a point, because you have no legitimacy. claiming that youâve taken 12 different martial arts classes doesnât deter my opinion and doesnât make me think youâre any less of a self-inflated piece of chewed gum. perhaps in karate and your so-called âmartial arts classesâ have taught you that itâs unacceptable to break a bone, and iâm not going to tell you that youâre wrong about that, but holy shit do you know how ignorant the statement âthatâs not how it works in the real worldâ is??? are you fucking kidding me??????? have you even been in a real street fight or a situation where your life has been threatened? iâd imagine not, so you donât even have the authority to argue your point because youâre not speaking from personal experience.
youâre speaking from what you learned in a controlled environment where you knew who you were fighting and you knew what the grounds were. the attack to yangâs person happened OUTSIDE of the fight, why did mercury take the time to create an illusion to make it seem like she attacked him out of nowhere if the entire thing wasnât shady enough? heâs trying to cover up the fact that he provoked her without realizing she wasnât going to take it. why would he take the time trying to hide it if she were in the wrong?
there are multiple types of reactions from people when theyâre being provoked; when youâre given no time to properly assess the situation, youâre going to react upon impulse in order to ensure your survival. this is called the fight or flight response, and this is a primeval aspect present in probably every single human being that has ever existed since the dawn of time, since saying that human beings have a will to live would be a pretty safe assumption to make. YANG WAS BEING ATTACKED without ample time to even properly react. he threatened her life (âthere isnât going to be a next time, blondieâ), and she didnât even fully register what was happening until his foot was in her face.
seriously, does this look like the face of someone who was intending to use excessive force? she looks shocked and a little bit confused, she doesnât even know heâs going to attack her until heâs right next to her after having been on the ground. she definitely wasnât expecting him to come and attack her LET ALONE FROM BEHIND, otherwise she wouldnât have turned her back to him and continue about her business. and remember what she says after she punches him? âthatâs what you get you little--â before she was cut off, she UNDERSTOOD that he was provoking her/threatening her with no reasonable basis AFTER she defended herself. as mechanicalcrayon so eloquently stated, âexcessive force is one thing, and that would likely entail yang running up and beating the shit out of him after heâs downâ. do you not know the definition of excessive in the first place? according to merriam-webster, excessive is defined as âexceeding what is usual, proper, necessary, or normalâ. HE WAS ATTACKING HER AND SHE REACTED IMPULSIVELY, are you going to sit there and tell me that this isnât a reasonable reaction to being provoked? it isnât a NORMAL reaction? go say that to everyone else in THE REAL WORLD who has been attacked and tell them that they âused excessive forceâ to defend themselves, seriously. i dare you.
letâs put this into perspective for you and take a theoretical scenario into account -- someone breaks into your home and threatens you at gunpoint, and you, the victim, stab the attacker to prevent your life from being taken. letâs actually remember that this is most likely a real life thing that has actually occurred to someone. would you think that you used excessive force despite someone threatening your very life?
are you going to sit there and tell me that reacting on impulse to secure your life is wrong? why donât you sit the fuck down for a minute and really think about the argument youâre making here.
you mean to tell me that if this were you, you would have reacted fast enough to dodge the attack without even impulsively hitting back to prevent the attack from occurring? you mean to tell me that people who have their lives threatened are in the wrong for doing whatever it takes to secure their lives, especially if they donât have enough time to react? get the fuck out of my face with your bullshit, i canât even believe this.
