you need to think intersectionally, but you also have to remember that there are an impossibly large number of intersections of oppression, and you will not be able to know how each of them function unless that’s your lived experience

The moment a "mental health advocate" brings up "narcissistic abuse", "how to tell if your partner is a narcissist" or "my ex was a complete sociopath/psychopath" I stop listening because they've lost all credibility to me. That is not how these terms are used. Narcissistic abuse isn't real, it's just regular abuse. Narcissistic personality disorder is a diagnosis and you are not qualified to diagnose people around you. Narcissist isn't a synonym for abuser, bad person, or person you don't like. "Psycho" is not a word you should use to describe anyone. Don't use mental health diagnoses as insults. Educate yourself.
