not to be a millennial but back in my day getting blasted in the eyeballs by ads on your desktop the instant you turn on your computer used to mean something was extremely wrong

went for a walk the other day and there were apples and blackberries growing along the trail and i walked past some teenagers smoking weed in a ditch and overheard one of them point to the fruits and say "bro that shit is bountiful"

I wish I woke up tomorrow in a world where I don't have to see a single AI generated image ever again

Even if you're not an artist, I highly recommend signing up just to lurk because it's been such a lovely wholesome experience free of the noise and brainrot that comes with the ads and reels on instagram. As a writer I think it has a niche for connecting authors with cover designers and illustrators. I'm documenting my experience in this thread if anyone wants to follow along!
