Like the whole point is that the insert is vague enough that anybody can insert themselves in and that doesn’t really work when you make the face claims incredible specific and constantly refer to specific features in it!

It’s hard when you bring it up and people’s immediate response is ‘well you write it then’. Just asking for people to tag correctly if they don’t want to actually make it an x reader 🥲

Your words explain it perfectly too! These face claims don’t even seem to fit most white woman too so I don’t understand why they think everyone would even fit this strict image!

Even worse is the “write it if you want more” but these ppl who get written for in mind don’t ever have to complain or ask to be even considered!

Is it really x reader- At least tag that shit oc x reader at most if it’s only fits for a certain type of women like can we at least add a variety of pictures instead of the same type of white women ppl use.They have sometimes at most use 10 photos of random women photos and y’all can’t slap some brown and black ppl in the mix

Maybe this is a stupid rant but I want to enjoy some fics from a fandom I like but it’s a kinda hard to enjoy or feel like I fit in when I see no diversity

There are fics out there that do cater to more ppl but shouldn’t that be the norm for tags as x reader who is meant to be anyone no matter the person!

I’ve read fics on here that have managed to have more diversity and include more people cuz is that not the whole point!
