I was mostly doing it based on lkke symbolism lol, and whike spades and clubs has less direct meanings, spades are often seen as more high class, like generally just better, or even nobility, while clubs is literally the opposite but represents more stuff like luck burp. Also this is completely of my own doing but in my head spades and hearts are very romantic suites so im giving them to characters who like CAN FORM RELATIONSHIPS compared to characters like smilk and ash who REALLY CANT also vanilla mentioned because it was him before it was ash (axtually he was diamonds and smilk was clubs but nevermind that, it shouldve been swapped anyway)

I long to call someone "my wife". however we need marriage equality for disabled people because I can't get married without losing my benefits. or, if my partner is also disabled, they would give us the maximum couples benefits which amounts to less money than the benefits they give two individual unwed disabled people. happy disability pride month.
