Interesting, interesting… Here you go! Enjoy!
💊 The True Me ✨ | Medic!Cardbot!Reader x Cielo
You had been infatuated with the champion of the sky for a long time even before she went on a journey into the unknown. You had managed to escape the destruction of Machina by a miracle.
You had come to the Earth following the trail of Spellanza, though it was hard to pinpoint their destination alone - you managed. Your love for the jet was unmatched, you could worship the sky she flew in. Every procedure she came for as you were a professional medic was always done with careful and concentrated touches to bring the least pain or discomfort you could.
This made you remember a rather personal talk with her, wishing to be her one true self, for her to be a female not only in mind, but body as well. The frame in itself was perfect for you, though if that was what caused her pain, you would do everything to make her want come true.
Knowing that you started your ultimate plan - you would search the planet for your beloved and gather needed materials for her happiness. Taking the metal was easy enough, just getting away with stealing was not so enjoyable. Of course you had machinasium on your ship, but that alone would not suffice.
This earned you a Star Guardian constantly trying to find out who was stealing various metals from around Motown city. Your determination and skills managed to always save you at the last second.
What shocked you was that the police car stopped trailing you altogether after he met some boy. You, clearly understanding the workings of the Metal Breath, chose to lay low for a while. This allowed you to test out the durability of all metals you collected and gave you a chance to organise everything you needed.
The distraction was appreciated and with a clear mind you could continue again, but not before finding out new Cardbots emerged.
You were confused and fascinated by new arrivals, though that was not what shook you. It was Cielo! You found her! After so long you finally were together. With that new knowledge you departed to see her again and show her your hard work.
You crept towards the Auto Shop in the middle of the night. The kid left along with the police car to his home to rest for the next day. Your steps were carefully measured to not make a single sound that could give you away before meeting Cielo.
You messed with the lock on the garage door, professionally opening it with ease. With your success came movement from deep within. Your servo gripped the undersite and pulled up the barrier separating you and your beloved.
The sound of metal scraping against metal was the only warning for you before something crashed into you full force, making you fall back. A servo wrapped around your neck plating tightly in a warning.
“ I never k-knew you would m-miss me that m-much. “ You crooked out as your vents tried to work properly. The hold quickly disappeared and was replaced by a crushing hug. You chuckled as you returned the gesture enthusiastically.
“ It’s you! It’s really you! I missed you so much! “ The jet snuggled into you in clear happiness. She started to pour out the entire story as to what happened with Spellanza. When you heard the kid sealed her, your fury grew. To restrict the freedom of the champion of the Sky, the thing most associated with independence was appalling for you.
“ Let’s not think about that. I have prepared a gift for you. “ You gripped her servos softly, pulling onto them slightly to urge her to follow you. Though she firmly planted her pedes into the ground, stopping you in your tracks. You tilted your head in confusion.
“ I-i can’t go. I am sealed now… “ She looked at the ground in silent anger and shame. The mere thought that the kid used Mukara’s Metal Breath to do so was making her core clench.
“ Did you forget? “ You stroked her face plate to bring her back to reality. Your optics met and with that you brought both of you closer. “ I am not. “ Having spoken that you scooped her up into your arms and with pride stepped out of the Auto Shop. Cielo’s pupils shrank in shock at your actions, but ultimately smiled and wrapped her arms around your neck plating. You flashed a triumphant look into the local camera and exited the Edo’s Motors with a skip in your steps.
“ What do you mean some Cardbot got inside and just took Cielo?! “ Jun was digging his hands into his hair as the evidence was playing out on the screen in front of him. They could not contact the jet as something was interfering with the connection. It made the child feel hopeless.
“ Maybe other security cameras caught where the other Metal Cardbot went? “ Crest suggested, already going through multiple recordings to try and find any leads.
“ But why did they even do so? It did not look forceful at all, could they know each other? “ The Metal Breath bearer sighed in frustration as he finished his thought.
“ Found it. “ Crest spoke as he showed the route you took to your hideout. The blue hair colored child jumped up in happiness.
“ Then what are we waiting for? Let’s go! “ Jun left no room to argue as he immediately entered the police car and followed the trail.
Cielo was currently flexing their entire frame to see if all changes done to her were as strong as you told her would be and she was not disappointed.
You yourself admired your work with a visible smile. Your face plate heated up slightly as you quickly got caught by your beloved.
“ What? Like what you see? “ She chuckled lightly at your reaction. You avoided meeting her optics in embarrassment, though you were brought back to reality when she was suddenly in front of you. The distance nearly nonexistent as she cupped your face plate with her servo. The intensity of the gaze was addicting. You both started to close your optics, wanting to enjoy the moment when out of nowhere your hideout shook. This sadly forced you to separate and prepare for the fight.
Cielo flew over to a platform and sat comfortably just to see how well you will fare in battle. She gave you a wink and made herself comfortable, just as you huffed in displeasure, only to face a blue haired boy and the Star Guardian.
