This is totally my Dumb Thought and don’t quote me on this but it would be cool if we stopped calling casts “diverse” and more just called them like. Realistic. All white casts are DEF uninclusive but they are also deeply unrealistic.

Multiple customers at my old job commented on how “diverse” my workplace is like no offense but that’s just how workplaces look when white applicants aren’t automatically more heavily valued
