Snowy day at home workout โ๏ธ Normally Iโd use a day like this to lay around all day and eat terrible food but not this time ๐ โโ๏ธ After my rest day yesterday I was itching to get back at it and I wasnโt going to let a little snow hold me back. So I grabbed a weighted bar, a 15lb kettlebell, and a resistance band and got to work ๐ช Now almost 2 hours later here I am questioning why I thought this was a better idea than my bed ๐ But definitely glad I got it in and now I wonโt feel so lazy when I chill the rest of the night ๐ I know Iโve been MIA from social media but long story short life got crazy and I needed a mental break so I took one! Thereโs nothing wrong with allowing yourself to take a time out from working out and/or social media for your sanityโs sake. Iโm finally getting back to where I was before I spent a couple months eating everything and only working out when I really wanted to and now I feel like Iโve come back into this whole lifestyle in a much better headspace. I havenโt counted a single macro or tracked a single workout and it honestly is so freeing and just what I needed. For right now intuitive eating and a less strict workout split is working for me so thatโs what Iโm gunna do! This lifestyle is all about doing whatโs maintainable and makes you feel good inside and out and I think that with taking this break Iโve finally found that balance ๐ค
