Marshalls lighting though>> so I haven't been very consistent lately and that mainly has to do with the fact that there are a lot of changes going on in my life right now. My diet hasn't been the best and I've missed a few workouts. I'm still going strong though and getting back on track. I haven't been doing #crush60 religiously when I'm at the gym but I use what I've learned from those workouts to help me adapt ones of my own. I'm happy with how strong I feel even when I'm not having the best body image days. In case you guys were wondering, yes, I wear this tank top every time I workout. Haha. So I'm been on this journey for almost a couple months now. If I'm being honest I've maybe lost 2 pounds? What I haven't lost in weight though, I have gained in muscle. I have noticed a significant difference in how my clothes fit. This just goes to show that the scale isn't always right. Update from last night cause I've been MIA lately. So I put in my two weeks at work and I've never felt so free. My mood has definitely increased by like 1000%. Yesterday I jumped back into my crush routine and did day 38 which completely dominated my abs! Then afterwards we wandered our neighborhood looking for Pokémon and eating ice cream. I've been having a rough time lately and don't know what to do. I've never felt so stuck before. I'm not happy with my life right now and I'm trying to figure out what I need to change. I've been feeling like quitting everything lately. Work is stressing me out. School is coming up too fast. I haven't had any time for myself. Going to the gym allows me to relieve some of that stress but lately that hasn't helped either. So today I'm smiling through the pain and tears. Bad days build better days. Had to try out my #pescience chocolate cupcake protein powder in food, so why not waffles?! Honestly, I didn't taste the cupcake all that much.
