I mean we all know businesses do this kind of shit but for this new decade coming can everyone agree to just bury companies in hate mail and outrage until they feel forced to change? They do care what customers think even if they don’t care about the people who do all their work for them. People saying this article is “out of date” for being from 2017? That was barely any time ago at all. They can’t have possibly changed this in just two years, that’s like a weekend in corporate time.
