I don’t even know how I should call this hairstyle - I assume it’s not a braid as it’s not braided - but it’s one we see occasionally on cosplayers. And on more than one official model, if you remember. It’s clear why it is so: Lara in TR1-TR5 renders did sport a braid that looked like a chain of sausages ponytail with many hair ties at regular distances from each other.

Anyway, I don’t think there’s any of us who would not accept this hairstyle just as happily as a (braided) braid. Just look at this cosplayer, I mean it’s beautiful! Well, it’s an amazing cosplay as a whole (nice touch with the dragon statue), but I couldn’t not notice the hair. Honestly, as if anyone could.
