   Tuberculose, hm? Aquela era uma doença comum para a época, de fato. Maldição que comia os pulmões e manchava o sangue, deixando apenas a casca de um antigo alguém para trás. Pandora não passava seu tempo próxima a enfermos, e muito menos estudava suas condições.

    Mas aquela menininha pareceu extremamente calma ao comentar sobre a própria moléstia, sem pensar duas vezes antes de cuspir um nome tão temido. Talvez fosse só sua imaginação.

   “Preocupe-se consigo mesma. Não acredito que os moradores daqui sejam caridosos com um infectado.” A mulher de vestido preto procurava algo na pequena bolsa de mão ao falar, os olhos escuros pairando sobre a garota suja de sangue. Estudando desde o cabelo liso até qualquer resquício de Cosmo que poderia fluir naquele corpo abatido. Não sentia nada, ainda assim...
