i was thinking ab how much i hate people who point out they haven’t eaten in all day, yet i still found myself saying that and after overthinking a bit ab why was i doing what i deeply hated other people did, n i realized it’s my dumb way to get validation. most of the time i don’t wanna eat cuz i wanna b skinny but there’s some part of me that still desires n wants that food bc ik i need it, so i realized that when i point it out it’s bc i wanna get motivated to eat or something like that; i need validation to eat when i feel like i need to, for people to tell me that it’s fine to have a meal so i don’t feel so bad ab myself n it’s fucking miserable
super low calorie pancakes!!
this whole plate is 130 calories including butter, whipped cream, strawberries and syrup
the pancakes alone are 70 calories for two decent size ones but you could probably make 3 medium ones
ingredients:
-1/4 tsp baking powder (0)
-1/4 tsp salt (0)
-2tbsp flour. i used oat flour (42)
-3tbsp egg whites or ~2 eggs worth (25)
-sweetener to your liking. i did 2-3tsp (0)
toppings:
-1.5g butter (10)
-100g strawberries (30)
-walden farms syrup (0)
-10g non fat whipped cream (10)
directions:
-heat up a pan (preferably non-stick)
-add a little oil or water. i used some water on a nonstick pan
-mix your ingredients and add them to the pan in the sizes you want
-check and flip pancakes until they look right to you
enjoy!

♡ (somewhat) low calorie quinoa salad ♡
i had this for lunch and let me tell you it is super filling and tastes so good! personally i only use mixed lettuce leaves because i dislike rocket. you don’t have to use a full half chicken breast or follow the exact measurements imo, i was struggling to finish it already!!
ingredients -
¾ cup mixed salad leaves (45 calories)
¼ cup cooked quinoa (50 calories)
60g chicken breast (100 calories) – you can use a vegan alternative such as tofu or fake meat as well. i love swapping chicken in salads for pan-fried tofu!
optional: 1-2 tbsp salad dressing (mine was ~60 calories, you don’t have to use dressing!)
total excluding dressing: 195 calories
> season the chicken breast with spices of your choice (i used cayenne, paprika, some pepper and a touch of salt) and cut into cubes
> use a non-stick pan and cook for 3-5 minutes each side or until brown (i don’t use oil! you can if you’d like to)
> make sure the insides are cooked before removing the chicken from heat
mix together the chicken, pre-measured salad and quinoa and there you have it! this is my first recipe, i hope you like it ><

22 calorie mocha
for those of us who can’t live without our flavoured coffees! it’s a bit on the bitter side but it’s nothing a little sweetener can’t fix.
1 tsp instant coffee - 7 cal
½ tbsp cocoa powder - 5 cal
½ tbsp evaporated milk - 10 cal
sweetener to taste
add in a mug and top with hot water. to make an iced drink, add a small amount of hot water, mix, add some cold water and top with ice. for a spicier drink, you can add some cinnamon powder.
you can substitute evaporated milk with skimmed milk for a lower calorie drink, i just used what i had on hand!
my green tea recipe for metabolism boosting :))
- 32 ounces of chilled green tea (depends on your water bottle size)
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- a few squirts of lemon juice
- any amount of 0 cal sweetener (i use quite a bit to balance out the vinegar and lemon juice)
- optional 2 slices of ginger for digestion
i drink this every day and it really helps with my appetite!!
Low cal chocolates!!
Makes 4-5 small chocolates
35cal each
1Tbsp melted coconut oil
1tsp maple syrup
3tsp coco powder
Mix it together, pour into molds and freeze for 10 minutes (it makes 4-5 small chocolates)

Easy Low Cal Breakfast
Pancakes- only 33 cals
1 egg white, the yolk is unnesscary
1/8th cup of milk
1/8th cup of flour

These are great if you're craving brownies!!! or chocolate or something sweet!!! They are only 70 cals which is a plus if you know how many calories are usually in brownies!!!! :D
Low calorie lunch/breakfast
Hey y'all i wanted to share my under 100 calorie go to meal. Im sure most people know about these but incase anyone didn't:
Egg White Omelet
You will need:
1/3 cups egg whites (47 calories)
2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese (45 calories)
1 tablespoon Hot sause (0 - 4 calories depending) (optional)
any other vegetables you want to add (varies) (optional)
Lunch meat (varies) (optional)
Steps:
(If you want, cook vegetables first)
Mix the egg whites with the hot sause and the cheese in a bowl. Add vegetables.
Turn stove on medium to low heat and let pan heat up.
Pour eggs onto a non stick pan (so you don't need oils)
Wait till the egg all turns completely white and fold it however you want.
Take it off, turn stove off.
Enjoy
Depending how many calories you want you can add more vegetables or some lunch meat. With out any additional veggies or meat this is only 92 calories with just the egg and cheese.
Its super quick and easy, and filling. Make sure you get egg whites and not just normal eggs because 2 normal eggs would be 180 calories but 1/3 cups of egg white (equal to 2 eggs in volume) are only 47 calories.
