Anyways!! But the good news is that I didn't gain any weight last year. I actually lost almost 30 pounds so not bad but I still want to lose a shit ton more so hopefully this year is it for me!! I've been restricting these few days and last week I got deathly sick and lost a few pounds B)

Light and lean quinoa and black beans - 240cals
Lean cuisine Butternut Ravioli - 260 cal (hard to find sometimes)
Healthy choice simple steamers are all less than 250 calories. I love the Chana masala, Spinach and tomato linguini, and the tortillini.

Hi everyone for lunch today I ate one bell pepper whith some cream cheese which should he around 130 calories and I had some cracker (45cal) and some cheese (50) and a fruit cup! (70)
Which in total comes out to 295 calories!! But I'm just gonna round it out to 300 calories cuz u never know lol anyways 8 gonna walk to a thrift store later cuz why not and for dinner I am not really sure what I'm gonna make yet but all I know is that it needs to be under 250 calories :)

Hey everyone these past weeks have been really hard for me and I'm just trying really hard to hold on. I'm gonna fast tomorrow and I would do until Tuesday but I have school that day and I don't like when my stomach makes noise in class :/. I'm going to try to eat as little as I can and when I get home I'm going to work out for a good while...
After everything that's happened I don't feel like anywhere is home. My mom doesn't want me around and neither does my dad...i need to move out...I need to get out of here but I am still 17 and I don't have anywhere to go once I turn 18 :/
I feel like I'm drowning. This is all really scary. I don't want to lose myself. I don't think I have much time left in this stupid life. I don't want to die. Not here and not like this needless to say.
