My thoughts before anything: maybe if i wasn’t ugly

So today, while waiting for the bus, a ladybug had climped up my pants and I first noticed it when I was already inside the bus.

I decided that I would take it with me and let it free outside rather than inside the bus. Immediately I named it Charles (I'm in no way an expert of knowing the gender of a ladybug, but it was the name it was given)

Charles sat on my fingernail the entire ride and never moved away from his spot.

When we got to my stop I got off (a few people staring at me like why I walked like I protected something in my hands) and right behind the stop there's a big open field where I decided to set Charles free.

As you may have noticed, Charles had gotten super excited when we got off the bus and started dashing around on my fingers, ready to begin his adventure in the wild.

And off he was. Such a happy fella.

And there I left him, starting his new chapter in life as a wild and free ladybug.
