Have you reviewed the shiny Trapinch line?
Trapinch: For the most part, shiny Trapinch is nice. Non-shiny Trapinch is orange, while the rest of the line is green, so it's neat that shiny Trapinch reverses things by becoming a nice metallic minty green. My only quibble with it is that the green on the bottom of the body creates a hard to see tone-on-tone effect that I'm not a fan of; just keeping it white would've been better.
Vibrava: Following shiny Trapinch's concept, you would hope shiny Vibrava would be orange to match regular Trapinch, which it...almost is. For some reason it's more of a dull orangish-brown than a bright orange, which screws up the parallel a bit. However, the idea's still there, and it is still a pretty noticeable shiny regardless. In addition to the green shift, the body's a bit more cream here and the blacks ar ea lighter gray.
Flygon: Unfortunately, Flygon is where the concept falls off entirely. Instead of being orange or even brown (it is a ground-type, after all), shiny Flygon is...still green, though a lighter shade of green with light blue stripes and orange accents.
Even ignoring the dropped concept, I'm not sure I really like this; it's noticeable enough, but ultimately it's very low-contrast, and adding a third color to the palette isn't necessary. To be fair, it did look a bit less washed-out in the original sprite, at least:
I think that if this is the direction they wanted to go, making the body more orange or brown-ish with blue accents in place of the red both would've worked better with its pre-evos and would've looked a bit more balanced visually. Alternatively, keep what they have and just swap out the green for blue so there's more contrast:
Overall: Nothing amazing, but some decent shinies in here. Vibrava's is probably the best, while Flygon's is almost pretty but suffers from being very low-contrast.
