What we are seeing here is that her remorse and shame and self-hate are so strong that who does her armor finally crack in front of? Jinx. Just… really think about that a moment. It makes sense that she shows real vulnerability in front of Vi, they are in love. But think how much bad blood is between Caitlyn and Jinx, and this is when Caitlyn’s armor breaks even the smallest amount. The woman who killed her mother, who started her down this path, she is who Caitlyn admits her self-hate to.
