It was a surprise to Neal when Stella’s father showed up at his internship. He spent the rest of his shift wondering if he should really meet with him—you never know what to expect from a member of the Alto family.

Okay, nothing went as she expected, the makeup was horrible, the wig was itchy, but none of that affected Devin's ability to give her best in her performance. The director was very surprised by her talent and, of course, by the short recording time.

Devin was also highly praised by the talent agency.

Neal and Stella's relationship is becoming more and more serious, which scares her a little. It's her first boyfriend and what's more, he is her best friend (who has so much more experience in relationships then her).

Stella spent her entire adolescence in an all-girls boarding school, she didn't have many options there, but now… Neal is surprising her with his affection, care and understanding, he makes her feel safe.

Neal finally came off the bench and now plays as the starting defender for the Ubrite team.

With a higher position he got a much bigger scholarship, but unfortunately he needs to spend more time training and consequently working hard on his studies to maintain his position on the team. Football was never an ambition for him, but in recent months he has surprisingly enjoyed being part of the team, thanks to Josh convincing him to join when he was still a freshman.

But even with a full course load, Neal still finds time to spend with the one person who is truly important to him. Stella sometimes manages to watch training on days when there are no classes in the afternoon and, when it's over, the two manage to spend some time together on the lawn, but they end up attracting unwanted looks.

Tori is Neal's old hookup, they were together for a few months, until Neal really understood his feelings for Stella and then ended his relationship with Tori. It was never serious, they both made it clear that it was just fun and she was never one to feel hurt by a "breakup", but she was liking Neal in a different way, much stronger and thought that if they stayed together he would also have the same feeling for her, but, as she can see very well in front of her, that's not what happened.

New year!

During dinner at the Alto family home, Stella had to admit to her family that she didn't study Economics.

It was no surprise to her that her grandfather was angry, it was also no surprise that her parents didn't defend her. The only thing she wanted to say was what she wanted, but she ended up leaving this conversation frustrated.

Stella didn't finish dinner, she got up, put on pants and a coat and went to her comfortable place to clear her mind.
